He entered into Government Service as Lecturer in Chemistry in Government Polytechnic College, Muttom, Idukki (Dist). He served as senior Grade Lecture in Chemistry in Government College Kottayam, Selection Grade Lecturer in Government Polytechnic Colleges at Kottayam, Pala, Kumily (Idukki District).Associate Professor in Chemistry in Govt. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology(Govt Engineering college ) Kottayam, and Govt. College Kottayam. He worked as Principal in-charge at Govt. Polytechnic College, Kumily and the project officer of Community Polytechnic scheme center at Kumily.
He has been promoted as principal and joined as such in Govt. College, Kottayam during the year 2007 and also was in-charge of the Deputy Director of Collegiate Education Kottayam. He joined as Principal in Govt. College Manimalakunnu, Ernakulam Dist from where he has been promoted as Special Grade Principal of Maharajas College Ernakulam in the year 2009. During that period he was in charge of Deputy Director of Collegiate Education of both Ernakulam and Kottayam also. He has been nominated as Chairman of Cluster of Colleges, in Ernakulam under Higher Education council of Kerala State. During that period he could implement many academic activities in various departments in the member colleges Paddy cultivation, Plantation and organic cultivation in the college campus of Maharajas College during this Period came to be a good appreciation and got complete media coverage and which is pulsed in many educational institutions both school, and college in Ernakulam district. He had participated in the National level Educational work shop conducted at Pune University in 1989. He was one of the contingent leaders of National Integration NSS camp held at Amrutha Vahini Engineering College, Maharashtra State.

He served as Assistant Professor in Social Work at Holy Cross Institute of Management and Technology Kozhikode from 2013 to 2020.He was the Head of the Department at Holy Cross IMT from 2014 to 2019 and Head of the Department at Sree Sabareesa College from 2022 to 2023. and the Programme Coordinator of URJA KIRAN Program of Centre for Environment and Development, Government of Kerala. He is the Academic Counselor of BSW Programme of Indira Gandhi Open University. He was the subject Expert Committee Member of Tribal Social Work Elective of MSW Programme, Mahatma Gandhi University and involved in the Curriculum Restructuring Committee of 4 year UG Programme in Social Work, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.

Her academic areas of interest consist of international finance, advanced cost accounting financial market and derivatives. She organized a study on tax planning measures adopted by salaried class. Started teaching career in various Govt. Higher Secondary School and served as faculty at leading colleges in Kerala. She has made many transitional studies .Her areas of interest include literary criticism and Latin American literature. She started working at the college right from its beginning. Started her teaching career in 2012 and has worked in several colleges in and outside Kerala. She is the faculty of the college right from its inception. Also published articles in International Journals. Her areas of interest include cultural studies and post-colonial literature. She passed MA, M Phil and qualified NET.
Mrs. Noufia Nazeer

She is an eminent teacher and has experiences in various academic institutions in Kerala. She was the First Rank Holder of UG Examination in the year 2013 at Kerala University and Fifth Rank Holder in PG Examination in the year 2015 and qualified NET.She Published an article entitled “Voice of the oppressed: A Spivakian Reading of George Ryga’s The Ecstasy of Rita Joe” in January 2017 edition of Misbah Journal volume 1. Published an article entitled “Celebrating the Feminine Beauty in the Chick Lit Culture” in Singularities Volume 5 Issue 1 January 2018. Published an article entitled “The World of Ultrapure Colours: An Exploration of Colour Symbolism in Fairy Tales” in Matiz 2017 (ISBN).

The Post Graduate Department of Social Work in Sree Sabareesa College established with a mission to inculcate scientific social work knowledge, ethics, principles and skills among the aspiring candidates through innovative teaching methodologies which create professional standards among the trainees to work at the National and International level.
